Secret Bars: Nashville, Tennessee

Your guide to two secret/hidden bars in Nashville, Tennessee.

There are several Secret or Hidden Bars in Nashville, Tennessee, but we will focus on the two that we've visited: The Red Phone Booth and the Hidden Bar at Noelle.

THE RED PHONE BOOTH: The Speak Easy You Need to Visit!

We were fortune to obtain access to the Red Phone Booth in Nashville, Tennessee.

This hidden gem is a unique experience. To gain access, you must obtain a secret phone number from someone who works there or knows someone there. Once you get the number, you'll need to proceed on to the "Red Phone Booth" and dial the number on the old school rotary phone. Once you gain access, the back of the phone booth with open where you will be escorted in.

This is not a casual place. Men will need to wear a shirt with a collar. Many of the individuals inside while we were there were dressed formal. Normal Nashville Broadway attire may not be the best to wear here.

There may be a bit of a wait when you arrive, so dress appropriately if you go during the winter months as you may need to stand outside for a while, but just know the experience is absolutely worth it.

This place is more of a speak easy/cigar lounge. The best part about their menu is the fact that you can order drinks and cigars just as you would food. We all had a few drinks and the guys ordered a cigar to enjoy after their food.

The pizza here was by far some of the best pizza we've ever had. I'd highly suggest ordering one for the table.

The Cigars selection was out of this world if you are a cigar smoker. Note: We paired ours will a Macallan 18 neat.

So, if you're ever in Nashville and get access to this place, make sure you don't let the opportunity go by. You'll be glad you went.

THE HIDDEN BAR at Noelle: The Bar in a Storage Closet

The Hidden Bar at Noelle is the hidden bar in a storage closet. We went this year during Christmas since they had a Christmas Vacation themed pop-up bar.

If you go during a special event time, such as the themed Christmas Vacation Bar, be prepared to wait for a while to obtain entry into the bar.

We waited for about an hour to gain access but heard stories of some people waiting five hours. A reasonable wait is certainly worth it, but I don't think I'd wait for five hours.

Don't expect many food options here if you're looking for that, but all their drinks were amazing and fit the theme perfectly.

The bar is hidden behind a door labeled "Storage" near the bathrooms. Once you gain access, just understand it will be crowded as it's a small area. When we first got there it was pretty much shoulder to shoulder and standing room only. As the night went out it began to clear out some giving you more room to sit and stand. There are only a few seats once inside.

When you're in Nashville, make sure this is on your list of things to do. You can often find more information about the Hidden Bar on the website for Noelle.

OVERALL: Our Secret Experience.

When you're in Nashville, Tennessee be sure to stop in and check out some of the local hidden bars. There are several more throughout the City, however, theses are the only two we have had the chance to visit.

It's definitely a fun and neat experience when you can find the Hidden Bars. I'd say the favorite one thus far would be the Red Phone Booth. We had an amazing time visiting both and will look forward to our next trip to the area to visit a few more of the hidden gems.
